Focus on Prams, Pushchairs and Strollers
With wheeled goods being the number one purchase for new parents, it is important for retailers to get their pram, travel systems and pushchair ranges spot on for the target customer. In the first of our new category Fortnight Focus, we bring you live demos, industry articles, video interviews and news of launches from brands.
With didofy, folding a pushchair has never been so easy! As an innovative British designed pushchair brand, we create high quality, beautifully sleek, safe and modern pushchairs that are the result of master engineering.
didofy aims to take the stress out of folding a pushchair, so parents can focus on their baby. Through a combination of clever design and technology, the didofy range of award-winning pushchairs can easily be folded with the touch of a button or with one hand.
The designs use high performance fabrics and materials, and each pram and pushchair has been carefully engineered with award-winning unique features, such as a USB charging point, auto folding, one handed gravity fold and compact upright storage. Simply put, didofy™ provides best-in-class easy folding pushchairs.
The didofy™ range includes the auto-folding Lotus and the easy-folding Cosmos and Cosmos Bloom, with an additional model launching early in 2021.
Aptica is a modular system, part of the new mobility concept created by the Italian company, Inglesina Baby, which allows strolling-home-car mobility, ensuring the continuity of healthy rest and safe sleep for the baby. This system is called QUATTRO ™ SYSTEM.
This system follows the growth of the child from birth up to 22 kg. The carrycot called “Maxi Cradle” allows for a longer time of use thanks to the generous internal dimensions of 79x37cm.
Aptica’s Glam style offers comfort to the child and practicality to the parent. The frame, equipped with large ball bearing wheels, all cushioned, allows parents to tackle both city streets and dirt tracks.
The Welcome Pad ™ for the carrycot is a mattress derived from the “START MATT” medical device (designed by Inglesina in collaboration with the Neonatology department of the Maggiore Hospital in Bologna) which supports the maintenance of the supine position, mitigating the risk of so-called flat head syndrome due to the presence of an integrated concave bearing.
Choosing a pushchair can be confusing. Parents-to-be want a pushchair that is stylish, kind to the planet and yet they also need a pushchair that can go anywhere – around a shopping centre where it can be easily wheeled in and out of tight spaces, yet equally as capable on woodland walks where the ground is uneven.
The Invictus Evo4 is agile enough for the city, yet strong enough to take the roughest terrain in its stride.
The Evo4 comes complete with an unique extra-large EPP carrycot, which will provide a roomy space for baby to lie and stretch out – suitable for sleeping day or night. The interior is luxuriously padded to ensure little one’s comfort and the body is super lightweight solid recycled EPP material that makes this the lightest carrycot to carry .
The safety of baby whilst travelling in the car is of the utmost importance. The Evo4 car seat is suitable from birth to 13kg. it is fitted using the seat belt, or for extra safety and ease of fitting, there is an optional ISOFix base.
The EVO4 is either made of recycled materials or it can be recycled so it’s earth friendly !
