As it celebrates its 10th birthday, award-winning British baby and children’s footwear brand, Poco Nido, is delighted to unveil the next offering in its much-loved Mini Shoe collection.
Introducing tiny toes to the colours and characters of the tropics, the new Rainforest collection offers a wide variety of unisex barefoot friendly footwear options, with Poco Nido’s iconic flare for the utterly unique!

Hop into space with an astronaut hippo, slither through the jungle with hissing snakes or soar through the treetops with the macaws… adventure awaits in the rainforest, for those all-important first steps.
Best known for their quirky designs bursting with colour and imagination, the AW21 printed mini shoes are certainly no exception to Poco Nido’s unmissable style. Make children’s first pair of shoes a memorable one, with popping colours and creative designs that are sure to keep little learners invested in making their first steps. From tree frogs and rainbow fish through to jungle flowers and foliage, the printed options once again offer fun and distinctive barefoot friendly footwear for all growing babies and toddlers.
Further to this, a striking selection of Plain Mini shoes will be available in vibrant colours, including vine green, hibiscus pink, mineral yellow and of course, tiger orange.
Poco Nido’s Mini Shoes
Proudly designed to support little ones first steps indoors, Poco Nido’s Mini Shoes are designed in the UK and created by expert hands in Europe. Available in UK sizes 1-8 and featuring an innovative barefoot friendly suede sole which offers an enhanced grip and flexibility, the Mini Shoes are ideal for baby’s first steps and beyond. With genius pull-on stay-on technology, the Mini range offers the perfect hybrid of barefoot and shoe, enabling little ones to comfortably gain confidence exploring their surroundings.
Eco-friendly
The iconic shoes are completely free from choking hazards and banned chemicals such as lead and formaldehyde, with each collection confirmed and independently verified by Intertek, for 100% peace of mind for parents. The original Mini shoes are made from cotton with a chrome-free cow suede sole, and to further the inclusivity of the collection, selected prints are also available with a vegan sole option.
