At the beginning of this year, we were inviting all of you to visit our stand during Harrogate International Nursery Fair at the Harrogate Convention Centre, where we were planning to exhibit our new products that we were working on very hard during the end of last year/beginning of this year.
As it is not often, we get the chance to see our lovely stockists, we were looking forward to catching up with those visiting our stand and demonstrate our new products to them.
We also planned to hold our little annual ‘afterparty’ for those attending Harrogate in order to spend some quality time with those we know, but also to meet new faces.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, not only did we miss the chance to present our new products, but we also (and what is more frustrating) did not get the chance to see our stockists, and this was something we were really looking forward too.
During lockdown, we were doing everything possible to support our customers who were forced to close their doors. Our warehouse was working extremely hard to fulfil any orders, (even though we were understaffed in order to maintain all the safety measures). We offered a drop ship service, so that all orders were delivered directly to customers, without them having to leave their homes.
As we were so excited about the release of our new products, we arranged a number of video conferences in which we were doing a full demonstration of new products to our stockists to make them aware of what’s in store once the lockdown is over. We are very lucky to live in times with such advanced technology that allows us to do all these amazing things, without having to leave the comfort of our homes.
We are excited to inform you all that we will be taking part in Harrogate Digital Preview Show. During this online event, once again we would like to present our new products to you, this includes the new Venicci Tinum – our lightest, most compact Travel System, with an easy one hand fold, available in four colour variations: Light Grey, Grey, Camo Black and Camo Grey. We are overwhelmed with the positive response we have received from our stockists as well as customers.
Let’s not forget about the new, updated Asti Travel System, one of our Top Sellers for 2019.
We also have a couple of prototypes we would like to show you and ask for your opinions and feedback, before any of the products officially launch.
Of course, we would prefer to do it all of this face-to-face, but we have high hopes that we will still be able to see each other and shake hands later on this year.
