Chris McFadden, AKA ‘The Daddy Sleep Consultant’ is the UK and Ireland’s first fully qualified male sleep consultant. 

The Kent-based father of two young boys, Chris specialises in designing gentle sleep training programmes, specific to his clients’ family rhythms and lifestyle. Born in Glasgow, Chris is known as ‘The Daddy Sleep Consultant’, one of the only sleep consultants to offer unlimited support, so although parents often see results in a few days, Chris is with them every step of the way even if it takes longer than two weeks.

It was Chris’s first son, Teddy, who ignited his passion to help families struggling to get their children to sleep. As a newborn, Teddy had initially been a great sleeper but this all changed at around the age of five months -and after many long, emotional and exhausting evenings Googling ‘why won’t my child go to sleep?’ Chris and his wife hired a sleep consultant.

Not a fan of the ‘crying it out’ strategy, the couple quickly found that together they were able to resolve the issues and life dramatically improved. Creating these happier, healthier practices lit a fire in Chris to support other families with similar issues to re-connect with their love of parenting…and so, The Daddy Sleep Consultant was born.

After what’s been a very tough year for many families, Chris is excited to be driving the business forward in 2021:

We have been working directly with families to regulate their children’s sleeping patterns for several years now, this is our passion.
