Organisers of The Baby Show have announced that, due to the coronavirus pandemic, both their London and Birmingham shows are moving to a single online event. They plan to run physical shows once again next year.

Following a successful online show in May 2020, The Baby Show Live @ Home with Lidl will take place on the weekend of Friday 30th October until Sunday 2nd November 2020. This virtual event will be hosted on a new digital platform and will provide a new online interface including an app for exhibitors to showcase their products over the three days and enable attendees to shop, view product demos and book simultaneous one-to-one appointments.

It is estimated 35,000 new parents and parents to be will participate in this virtual gathering. Visitors will also be able to benefit from two days of exclusive expert talks, speaker Q&A’s, panel discussions and celebrity interviews live from the comfort of their own home.

Zoe Bonser, Show Director of The Baby Show says, “As a team, we are so disappointed as we have done everything within our power to try and make the shows happen. We want to thank all our partners, exhibitors, visitors and suppliers who have supported us every step of the way, to bring the shows physically to you this year. We understand that this decision will be a disappointment to both the baby and parenting brands and the expectant and new parents who so eagerly await The Baby Show to get everything they need. We look forward to when we can get together again. In the meantime, we cannot wait to see you all virtually at The Baby Show Live @ Home in October!”.
