Aptica, is a modular system, part of the new mobility concept created by the Italian company Inglesina Baby, which allows strolling-home-car mobility, ensuring the continuity of healthy rest and safe sleep for the baby. This system is called QUATTRO ™ SYSTEM.
This system follows the growth of the child from birth up to 22 kg. The carrycot called “Maxi Cradle” allows for a longer time of use thanks to the generous internal dimensions of 79x37cm.
Aptica`s Glam style, offers comfort to the child and practicality to the parent. The frame, equipped with large ball bearing wheels, all cushioned, allows parents to tackle both city streets and dirt tracks.
The Welcome Pad ™ for the carrycot is a mattress created by derivation from the “START MATT” medical device (designed by Inglesina in collaboration with the Neonatology department of the Maggiore Hospital in Bologna) which supports the maintenance of the supine position, mitigating the risk of so-called flat head syndrome due to the presence of an integrated concave bearing.

The adjustable backrest:
When the baby is not sleeping, it allows parents to lift their head and let them see the surrounding world.
The bottom of the carrycot has a ventilation control system to regulate the air flow and the temperature inside.
Standup
Thanks to the Standup, the carrycot can be positioned comfortably and hygienically inside the house (even while travelling), turning it into an actual bed for the night to be placed next to the parent..
This is really useful if baby falls asleep during a walk so parents can avoid waking them up when coming back. This is good for the baby and for parents, too.
Carseat
The Side Head Protection system in the car seat allows for greater safety of the child in the event of side impacts.

- 3-point safety belts are integrated into the headboard and follow its adjustment, to adapt to the growth of the child.
Stroller
A transport system on wheels equipped with all the comforts for the child and for those who drive it. The wide, structured and deep seat is equipped with an air conditioning system. The backrest is high to support the baby up to the head even in the time of growth. Suitable for use from birth up to 22 kg in weight (about 4 years of age).
