Tutti Bambini are a leading nursery furniture manufacturer based in London NW2, retailing through companies such as Boots, Tesco and Mothercare.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive individual to take on the role of National Accounts Manager.

As a growing company, we are having to expand our sales force in order to manage relationships and continue to grow sales with our existing customers, as well as continuing to obtain new business. The successful candidate will be an excellent account manager with a proven track record of increasing business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with some of the company’s existing customers, and ensuring they achieve their sales targets
  • Developing plans per customer for promotional activity
  • Attending client meetings
  • Acquiring new online and offline retailers (preferably through an existing network of industry contacts)
  • Presenting sales reports to the directors on a weekly basis
  • Attending internal meetings to look at overall sales target
  • Completing administrative work where required

Skills required:

  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • A willingness to work long hours and meet deadlines, along with working under pressure
  • Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
  • Computer literate – a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in a similar sales-based role is essential
